PORTALNUSA.com | BANDA ACEH –On Wednesday, December 3, 2024, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PT Koka Indonesia Tbk and PT Hartana Tamita Bersama regarding the Renewable Energy Development Project in Banda Aceh was carried out.
The signing of the MoU was carried out directly, taking place at the Conference Room of the Kyriad Muraya Aceh Hotel, Banda Room, 1st Floor, Banda Aceh City. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed directly by the President Director of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk, Mrs. Gao Jing; Operational Director of PT Koka Indonesia Tbk, Mr. Michael Albert Massie; and PT Hartana Tamita Bersama, Mr. Nazaruddin IB; Final Beneficiary.
The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding is intended for the development plan for the Construction and Installation of Electric Power Installations in the Power Generation Sector, Small and Medium-Scale Hydroelectric Power Generation Sub-Sector in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province.
Covering the construction and installation of Electric Power Installations in the Power Generation Sector, Sub-sector of Small and Medium-Scale Hydroelectric Power Plants or PLTM. This Mini Hydro Power Plant Project is located in Alur Cincin Village, Pintu Rime Gayo District, Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province or called PLTM Alur Cincin.

This cooperation is not only limited to developing, managing, and operating the Alur Cincin PLTM but also the Parties agree to jointly become Shareholders of a Limited Liability Company that will develop the Alur Cincin PLTM Project, namely in PT Hartana Tamita Bersama (“HTB“) and KOKA will own 90% (Ninety percent) of the shares, and the Initiator will own 10% (ten percent) of the shares.
With the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding, it is expected to produce significant synergistic value. Both parties are expected to provide a balanced influence on the strategic direction and operational decisions between KOKA and HTB, by utilizing their respective strengths and creating added value for shareholders.
